Just had a tech run me through the system over the phone. Making sure everything was cooperating on the head unit. (We had several pwer failures) Peter was very helpful, informative and insightful as to the workings of the unit and maintenance. Definately recommend this company and their staff such as Peter himself.

Another successful visit from Culligan of Rothesay. Although it's unusual, Sarah was able to send a tech the same day I called in with my problem. Peter arrived in a timely manner and worked knowledgeably and efficiently at diagnosing the problem. He also left me with detailed instructions on how to deal with any residual effects of replacing part of my system. I'm very grateful for such quick and effective service!

Although not everything went perfect, the installation was a success and the product is very good quality. The tech (Peter) who was very professional, even when things did not go perfectly, never gave up and forged forward to complete the job. Its a rarity to see this kind of commitment in todays world. Another great service call, this time from David, who was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived at the predicted time, identified the problem immediately, explained the options clearly, and installed the new part quickly, outlining what I needed to do to get everything back on line. Although my previous appt had to be cancelled due to sickness, I was very grateful to benefit from a cancellation the next day.

Very professional tie into pipes. The results are great. No chalky film, clean dishes and fresh clothes. Dishwasher and kettle work far better and no streaks on my black car.
