Please do not send us sensitive information through the Site. We do not seek data revealing health conditions, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or similar sensitive categories through our web forms, and we ask that you not submit them there.

Other Culligan dealers. Culligan dealers are independently owned and each serves a defined area. If you contact us about an address outside our service area, we may forward your request to the authorized Culligan dealer who serves your area so that they can help you. That dealer will handle your information under its own privacy policy.
Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers.
Legal and safety recipients — where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share the mobile opt-in or consent information described in Section 6 with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Text Messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing messages.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

7. Phone Calls

The phone numbers shown on the Site may be provided by a call tracking service so we can measure which advertising generates calls. Calls to and from those numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where a recording is made, you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record.

8. Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Customer and billing records are kept for the life of the relationship and as long afterward as the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe; if you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law, you may have the right to:

We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming information we already hold. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request, as PIPEDA requires, and may extend that period where the Act permits, with notice to you. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may require written proof of authorization.

10. Do Not Track and Browser Signals

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. The Site does not currently detect these signals automatically. To opt out of targeted advertising or analytics, use the banner on this Site (see Section 3A) or the browser settings and opt-out tools described in Section 3.
