Another great service call, this time from David, who was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived at the predicted time, identified the problem immediately, explained the options clearly, and installed the new part quickly, outlining what I needed to do to get everything back on line. Although my previous appt had to be cancelled due to sickness, I was very grateful to benefit from a cancellation the next day.
