Customer Service Representative

Culligan of Rothesay, a Culligan franchise, is currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CSR who has a proven track record in customer service excellence to service our customer base with our top quality Culligan products throughout southern New Brunswick (St. Stephen to Sussex). We offer water treatment including Culligan water softeners, iron filters, UV systems, Bottle-free coolers, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, and bottled water.

CSRs work as partners with their customers and coworkers to resolve issues, schedule installation and service of their Culligan Water systems and fulfill orders for bottled water delivery. 

Goal:  The goal of this position is to supply a superior level of service that exceeds the expectations of Culligan’s customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and performing standard maintenance of

current customer accounts.

  • Following company protocols, policies, and goals while acting on opportunities to

optimize the efficiency of the department.

  • Supporting the staff by providing backup, following managerial

directives, and otherwise acting as a team player within the department.

  • Providing proactive sales support to assign customer accounts by developing close

relationships with the customer base and inside sales teams.

  • Schedule service calls or water deliveries for existing customers via incoming calls/emails
  • Liaise with sales and technical team to coordinate installation of new water systems
  • Assist sales manager in administration responsibilities
  • Increase service revenue by reaching out to current customers for their annual maintenance

Compensation:

  • This is a full time contract position, covering for an employee out on compassionate leave.  However, the intention is for this to become a permanent position at some point in the next year.
  • Hours would be Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Salary plus commission, based on experience and skills
  • Health and Dental benefits would be available after the 3 month probation (60/40 employee/company contribution)
