Although not everything went perfect, the installation was a success and the product is very good quality. Another great service call, this time from David, who was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived at the predicted time, identified the problem immediately, explained the options clearly, and installed the new part quickly, outlining what I needed to do to get everything back on line.
